When you are looking for a company to assemble work based upon your design and drawings, BARTH INDUSTRIES is your solution. We have over 50 years of experience performing assembly work from simple assemblies through very complicated “high speed” assembly machines, and all types of assemblies in between. Our flexible assembly department offers a wide range of capabilities in the areas of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic assembly. Our electrical department is disciplined in all electrical applications, including CE standards, with the ability to wire panels, as well as, interconnect CNC and/or PLC Controller Systems to complete machine assemblies.

We offer over 100,000 sq. ft. of assembly area, which can be sub-divided into enclosed areas providing security for confidential projects. All assembly areas are serviced with overhead cranes ranging from 5 ton to 25 ton. We offer a diverse set of capabilities, such as the ability to provide equipment with 380 volt, 50 cycle electrical power, generate vacuum, hot water and steam for applications with these requirements.

Build to Print

The Assembly Department offers 110,000 square feet of space, which is subdivided into enclosed areas providing security for confidential projects. A 35,000 square foot annex assembly facility provides the ultimate in security and can be specifically tailored for customer convenience and confidentiality. All assembly areas are serviced with overhead floor-operated cranes. An in-house Paint Department allows us to exactly match customer-specified paint codes.

The Electrical Department is disciplined in all electrical applications with the ability to handle prewired off-line work as well as sophisticated CNC or PLC Electrical Controller Systems.
